I remember you were planning to release a mobile version (lite) of Alpha ERP earlier. Is it still in your plan or dumped it. My hope is still there for one.

Steven Sitas,
Catering end-users and other developers are two different areas which requires different skill set and mind set. And it's not every ones' cake.

Hi BKR,
one of the reasons we have not yet released a plan for a mobile version, is that we hoped a 3rd party would step in and announce this module.
From the beginning, we wanted to have a strong 3rd party developer community, so we tried to "stay away" from some modules, like mobile or HRM or Fleet Management.
We even "silently" added Business Processes and Data modules for Fleet management, to help "speed" things up.
A year after the introduction of the project and more than 200 WX developers using it, it seems that we where probably wrong.
WX developers are targeting their OWN end users, using the alpha360 projects to develop complete applications for their customers and do NOT want (or don't have the time) to sell to other developers.
They are getting a lot more money from their customers than they would from a "rather small" community, like WX developers - and I understand them.
We are going to give another try to the 3rd party concept, with the introduction of Resellers in different areas around the world. They will take care of local needs (programming, support, translation etc) and help the project reach even NON WX developers.
Of course, our previous aggressive pricing, will now end.
It has reached it's limits and it really "underestimates" the product - and of course Resellers or 3rd party developers don't like it :)
If anyone is interested in becoming a Reseller, please email us - we still have some areas around the world open for Resellers.
